Greetings fellow knights. As we are approaching the spring 2023 SRC in Venice Florida at warp speed I would like to give you all some updates and minor upgraded changes.
We have renegotiated with the host hotel for our Banquet food choices. When we first started to make the choices and sign contracts the food supply chain was off the hook. Things have now settled somewhat and I’m happy to announce that you will still have your choice of chicken and beef but now we will be having a buffet dinner with other options as well.
With the March 1st registration discount deadline the price will increase from ( $70 ) to ( $80 ) this week. With the current economy, we at FL XVIII would like to extend the discount deadline to March 15th. After March 15th the price of registration will be $80.00
If you plan of doing chapter sales please let me know. If you need additional tables or anything else let me know.
HOTEL UPDATE - March 15, 2023:
We now have a backup Hotel with 24 rooms at $133.95 a night with breakfast included. It is 4.5 miles from the host hotel and is conveniently located off RT 75 with multiple restaurants and conveniences. Also if anyone would like a free gift card for a drink or food at the Brew Burgers restaurant and pub next to the Holiday inn please contact me PJGibby1969@comcast.net and I will save it for them. First come first serve.
